Toronto Appliance Fix is a small, hands-on repair team serving every Toronto neighborhood. We’ve been at this for more than a decade — long enough to stop chasing model numbers we haven’t already seen, and long enough to know where the cheap fixes live and where the real ones do.
We’re licensed by the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) at the G2 gas level, which means we’re legally permitted to service gas stoves, gas ovens, and gas dryers in Ontario. Most appliance companies in the GTA aren’t. We also carry general commercial liability insurance, so if anything goes sideways on your property, your household isn’t on the hook.
We built this business because too many homeowners were getting quoted high on the phone, high at the door, then upsold on parts they didn’t need. Our flat-rate diagnostic waives when you book the repair. You get the real quote before we start. That’s the deal, and we stand behind it.
You see the full repair cost — parts, labour, tax — before we touch a screw. If the quote doesn’t make sense for the appliance’s remaining life, we’ll say so.
Our vans carry the 40 most common parts for Toronto’s top brands. Most repairs finish on the first visit — no return trip, no extra call-out fee.
We fix what’s broken. We don’t "recommend" extra parts that happen to be in the truck. If you don’t need it, we won’t quote it.
