Condos, lofts, Victorian semis, century homes. Integrated panels, tight hallways, concierge coordination — all routine for us.
Downtown Toronto is a dense, mostly-condo service zone with very specific constraints — and a specific appliance mix. We’re in the core daily, and we know the buildings. From Harbourfront towers through King West and Liberty Village lofts to Yorkville luxury, The Annex Victorians, and the Distillery District — every neighborhood has a distinct appliance profile.
We cover Church & Wellesley, Bay & Bloor, St. Lawrence, Corktown, Regent Park, Cabbagetown, Trinity-Bellwoods, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Kensington Market, Financial District, Entertainment District, and CityPlace.
The big downtown constraints: condo service access (freight elevator bookings, concierge coordination, narrow hallways), integrated panel appliances (most condo dishwashers and some fridges are panel-ready, requiring careful de-install), and OTR microwaves that need duct alignment on re-install. We’re set up for all of it — we bring the right tools and coordinate with building staff before we show up.
Same-day on most downtown calls booked before 2pm. Parking and freight-elevator coordination add ~20 minutes per stop, which we factor into dispatch. Tell us the building when you book — we’ll handle the logistics.
Yes — standard downtown call for us. We protect the kick plate, tape the adjacent cabinet faces, and de-panel carefully. No scratches, no crooked re-install.
Yes. We call the front desk before we arrive, confirm the freight elevator slot if one is needed, and bring the insurance certificate most buildings request.
We un-stack (carefully, on a padded mat), service, re-stack. Takes longer than a free-standing unit but it’s a routine call in CityPlace, King West, and Liberty Village.
Yes — many century homes down here have gas service. TSSA G2 licensed, so we can legally handle igniter, valve, and safety-cutoff work.
Yes — Sub-Zero, Miele, Wolf, Gaggenau, Thermador are all regular calls at the Hazelton, Yorkville Park, and the older Yorkville Avenue towers.
Tell us the building and unit — we’ll coordinate with concierge.
