Fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves. We know the common Samsung failure modes — French-door ice-maker, washer VRT, DW drain, oven control board — and we carry the parts.
Samsung has been the best-selling kitchen-appliance brand in Ontario for most of the last decade. Their French-door fridges and front-load washers are everywhere in Toronto condos and suburban homes. Samsung engineering leans innovative-but-fragile — great features, but some models have well-known failure patterns that repair data makes obvious. We’ve seen enough of them to know which calls are a quick fix and which are a "replace it" conversation.
The most common Samsung call, period. Models like RF28 and RF23 have well-documented ice-build-up and auger-motor issues. We carry the standard replacement assembly and know the two-stage teardown.
Front-load bearings on WF45/WF50 are a known weak spot. "UE" means unbalanced; repeated UE points to worn dampers or bearing wear. We’ll give you an honest call on viability.
Drain pump, check valve, or the leak-detection float triggering "LE." Most DW47/DW80 calls resolve with a pump swap plus a float reset.
NE59/NX58 boards fail with age, often displaying random F-codes or stuck Self Clean. Common, repairable fault — we quote on-site after confirming the model.
Touch panel failures on NE595 and NX58 — common after 5+ years. We carry several spare boards.
DV42/DV45 dryers throw "auto dry" errors when the moisture sensor strip is coated with dryer sheet residue. Clean or replace — quick call.
RF (French-door fridge), RS (side-by-side), RT (top-freezer); WF (front-load washer), WA (top-load); DV (dryer); DW (dishwasher); NE, NX (ranges); ME (microwave). Family Hub smart fridges, Bespoke series, and the new AI-assisted lines are all supported.
Usually yes — a standard ice-maker assembly replacement typically buys 3–5 years before the next service. Full fridge replacement for a 6-year-old RF28 is rarely the right call. We’ll diagnose on-site and quote the exact number before any work.
Mixed. Their mechanical quality is fine; their electronic controls and bearing assemblies run shorter than Whirlpool or Maytag. Expect 8–10 years on a front-load with moderate use.
Yes. The touchscreen and Wi-Fi board are serviceable as separate units from the cooling system. Most "Family Hub broken" calls resolve with a firmware reset.
Good — Samsung Canada has a Toronto warehouse, and we maintain van stock of the top-15 Samsung parts. Obscure discontinued parts can take 3–5 days.
Tell us the model number — we’ll confirm parts availability before the visit.
