Willowdale, Don Mills, York Mills, Bayview Village, Lawrence Manor, Hoggs Hollow. Same-day coverage, all brands, TSSA G2 licensed.
North York is one of our busiest zones. The housing runs from post-war bungalows (Lawrence Manor, Downsview, Bathurst Manor) through 1960s split-levels (Don Mills, York Mills) to the high-rise condo strip along Yonge Street — Willowdale, Empress Walk, Hullmark Centre, Emerald Park, and the new towers climbing at Yonge and Finch.
We also cover Bayview Village, Hoggs Hollow, Banbury-Don Mills, Parkwoods, Edithvale-Yonge, Westminster-Branson, Armour Heights, and the Bridle Path — which has some of the largest residential built-in appliance installs in the GTA (we’ve serviced 60" Sub-Zero doubles and 60" Wolf ranges here).
One thing we see a lot of in North York: older home wiring combined with modern electronics. The split-level stock from the 60s and 70s often has undersized panels and occasional voltage sags that damage the logic boards on newer dishwashers and ovens. If your oven’s control board has failed twice in five years, that’s usually the reason — and we can flag it for a proper electrical review.
Most morning and early-afternoon calls are serviced the same day. Yonge corridor traffic and 401 construction can add 20–30 minutes late in the day — bookings after 4pm usually move to the first slot the next morning so we don’t run a window we can’t hit.
Yes — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Gaggenau, Thermador. We have the tools for 60" doubles and built-in columns. Control boards and thermistors are our most common high-end calls.
Very likely an electrical issue in the home — voltage sags from an older panel or surge from a nearby transformer. We can flag the pattern and recommend an electrician review. Fresh board on an unstable circuit will just fail again.
Yes — regular call. We coordinate with concierge on parking and service elevator. Most buildings know us.
Yes — south of Steeles is Toronto, which is our full service zone. North of Steeles is York Region and we don’t cover there.
