When you contact us through our website form or by phone, we ask for the minimum information needed to schedule and complete a repair: your name, phone number, email address (optional), service address or neighborhood, appliance details, and a description of the issue. Our website also collects limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL through standard analytics tools.
Your contact and repair details are shared only with the technician assigned to your job and with our dispatch and billing teams. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Formspree (form submission routing), Google Analytics 4 (anonymized site analytics), and our payment processor at the time of invoicing.

Customer contact and service records are retained for seven years for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes, then securely deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 26 months.
